Upscaler.online provides AI image upscaling services powered by the Replicate API. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
2. Data we collect
2.1 Automatically collected
- IP address — used solely for rate limiting (10 free upscales/day). Stored in local SQLite database, not linked to personal profiles. Purged after 7 days.
- Server logs — standard access logs (timestamp, IP, URL, HTTP status) retained for 30 days for security.
2.2 User-provided
- Uploaded images — transmitted to Replicate API for AI processing. We do not store them on our servers. Replicate temporarily holds them during prediction execution.
2.3 Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) with anonymized IP addresses. You can opt out via browser extensions or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Google Analytics opt-out.

- Detect and prevent abuse
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
4. Third-party services

5. Data retention
- Rate limiting records: 7 days then purged
- Server logs: 30 days then deleted
- Uploaded images: not stored on our servers
