2. Service
Upscaler.online provides browser-based AI image upscaling using open-source models (Real-ESRGAN, Clarity Upscaler) via the Replicate API. We are an independent service, not affiliated with the model authors.
3. Free tier limits
Free tier: 10 upscales per day per IP address. Circumventing limits (VPN rotation, scraping) is prohibited and may result in access being blocked.
4. Content policy
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, violates third-party intellectual property rights, depicts minors inappropriately, or violates Replicate's usage policies.
5. Image ownership
You retain ownership of images you upload and the upscaled outputs. Upscaler.online claims no rights over your images. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload the original image.
6. Disclaimer
Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, output quality, or that results will be free from errors. AI models may produce unexpected outputs.
7. Limitation of liability
Upscaler.online shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
